Customer Service Tips

What I have found to work the best with customer service and making clients feel like a million dollars is keeping in communication with them at least once a week when we are working on projects with them to give them status updates. Clients love this. One of the leading reasons companies lose clients is lack of communication. The customer feels you do not care about them because they never hear from you. The best customer service strategy is creating a relationship and staying in touch with customers on a consistent basis. At minimum, contact your clients once a month by phone, email, a personal visit, or postal mail.
